Across 32 boxes of four traits each, pick the one trait most like you and the one least like you. Water, Wood, Fire and Metal each appear once per box; Earth is the mother element and always sits at the centre.
Your picks are tallied into Most, Least and Difference scores, then plotted onto three five-element charts.

Your five-element profile
Three views of you
The same picks, read three ways — the self you were born with, the self you grow into through your career, and the self that emerges under pressure.
What your elements mean
Ordered by your Most score. Everyone is fundamentally Earth, leaning toward the others.
This is an informal profiling tool blending the Chinese five-element (wuxing) tradition with a DISC-style questionnaire, designed by Paul Shih to explore which direction of property-industry work might suit you. It is for reflection and discussion, not a clinical or scientific assessment.
Scale editor
Match each axis to your PDF. The number field is the printed value; the slider sets how far that number sits from the hub (0%) to the tip (100%) — spacing need not be even. Pick a graph, then an axis, and adjust; the chart updates live. Edits last only for this session, so when you're happy click Save as new file — it writes a fresh, shareable copy with your scales as the defaults. (Export/Import handle quick round-trips.)
